These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CodeCare WP’s Website and Services.

1. Emergency Fixes & One-Time Services

One-time emergency repairs are billed upfront or upon successful diagnosis depending on the scope. We guarantee our work for 7 days post-fix. If the exact same error recurs due to our implementation, we will resolve it at no additional cost.

2. Monthly Care Plans

Monthly maintenance retainers are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Care plans cover routine updates, security monitoring, and backups as specified in your tier, but do not include custom feature development unless priority support hours are allocated.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain rigorous backup and staging protocols before executing code changes or updates, CodeCare WP shall not be held liable for unforeseen server host outages, third-party plugin incompatibilities, or data loss originating from pre-existing malicious code or corrupt databases.

4. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard remote service agreements and digital commerce laws.
